Someone sent me a work-related email last week and signed it, "Happy holidays and hope you have the best year ever!" Mind you, I've never met this woman before. We've only corresponded via email a few times for business. Yet her friendly greeting somehow resonated with me. I really like the idea of making the coming year the best year ever-- for that matter, I really like the idea of making each day the best one ever. So here's to the new year and here's to you, my dear friends. Let's make this the best year ever!
